Hey Guys
After hearing this "normal" Chevrolet Corvette C7 Z06 in Geneva yesterday night I really can't wait to hear the Race-Version during this Years 24h of Le Mans. Already two years ago you were able to hear when a Corvette was driving by as they were the only, remaining, Cars that really sounded dirty, hungry and full of drivinglust.
So here "just" the Video of the Corvette C7 Z06, enjoy it! ;)

Testing UBER thanks to #UBERCadillac in Geneva
Hey Guys
There are definitely not many moments in live when you get picked up by a driver with a Cadillac Escalade and he drives you where ever you want to and also hands over your luggage after arriving at your destination. And there were definitely not many moments in my live that I was actually able to drive a Cadillac or be eben driven by a chauffeur, in a Cadillac. In an Escalade.
And so it currently happens in Geneva, only during the Press Days of the annual Geneva Motor Show, that you are able to use UBER in Geneva. Click here for a List of Premieres during the Geneva Motor Show 2014.
But now some words about UBER, for the ones of you that never heard about it: UBER is a venture-founded startup and Transportation Network Company based in San Francisco in California. UBER is a mobile application "app" "that connects passengers with drivers of vehicles for hire and ridesharing services."
Their fleet consists of Cars like Lincoln Town Cars, Cadillac Escalads, BMW 7-series, Mercedes-Benz S5500 sedans and in the meantime many more.

QOROS 3 Hatch World Premiere at Geneva Motor Show 2014
Hey Guys
Qoros, a chinese manufacturer founded in 2007, will celebrate the world premiere of their second production model at the Geneva Motor Show 2014 this March - the Qoros 3 Hatch.
The design and engineering of the compact (C-segment) Qoros 3 Hatch draws heavily on the brand’s first model, the Qoros 3 Sedan. While it is similarly inspired by contemporary European automotive styling themes, it displays a subtle, youthful evolution of the distinctive signature Qoros design cues to inject greater sportiness to the car’s appearance.

Interview: Audi's future Innovations
Hey Guys
At the Geneva Motor Show the other Roadtrippin' Bloggers and I had the Chance to Interview two influental People from Audi – Heinz Hollerweger – Head of Total Vehicle Development and Ricky Hudi, Head of Electrics / Electronics. The Interview was sheduled for 30 minutes and happend right after the first press conference at the first Press Day. Also Markus Keith, Head of Project Management Electrical / Electronic | Head of Project Audi connect, joined the nice Round, he's responsible for the Audi connect functions.
I won't write exactly what we asked, what they answered and bla, because thats boring! ;)
Summarized that's what they said about Audi today and the future.
One of the big new innovations in the future will be to connect the Car with the nature. Sounds weird?! No, it isn't. It simply means that the Car will recognize where you are driving and an assistance system will give you advices on your driving behaviour. For example the Car will be able to „read“ the typography and recommends you to take your foot off the gas pedal as you're close to a city with a strict speed limit to avoid unneccessary speeding, or when you're driving through a mountainous landscape etc. It's all future music, but soon Reality!
Another big thing in the future will be to use the energy better. Examples on this?
While the Audi Q7 is active there are currently 50 to 100 headunits running. Are they used ALL the time? No, not really. So the goal will be that just the headunits you currently need will be running, and the others will stay in stand-by, but nevertheless they will be ready in milliseconds. So no disadvantages for the driver and the passengers, but a not unmentionable reduction of running systems that all need power. And increase your fuel consumption.
But don't be frightened, all this will happen step by step. Up from 2015 the new Audi Q7 and the e-tron models will feature these innovations, and later all models.
Nice for the Digital Natives (and all the others, of course) will be a new Audi connect feature. Through the my.audi Account all your Pictures will be transferred to your Car. You went Sightseeing and snapped a nice Building or Restaurant? And now imagine, your going again to this certain city, yeeears later, and forgot where the Restaurant , where you ate suuuuch good Pasta, was located. But hey, you took the Photo, they were transferred to your Car and as you can transfer all your my.audi Data from Car to Car to Car these Pictures will be still available and you easily find this Restaurant again to enjoy the delicious Pasta again. Cool, eh? ;)
Another feature will be to Google your Destinations via Language authentication. But besides this there's another cool thing coming!
You all already know that you have a WiFi Hotspot (If not you now know it ;-)) coming with your MMI? Of course just when you're using it with a regular sized Sim-Card. The future (and soon to come) plans are to offer an “Online Package” right from the beginning, through Audi. It will cost a very low price a month and through it you will be able to surf all over Europe with no Roaming costs … arr, heaven! (I have no Information about any plans outside Europe, sorry!)
What else will be Part of Audi's Future?
To see where the saving potential lays and to save it.

#AudiRT13 Efficiency Road Trip Gallery
| Audi Efficiency Road Trip |
Hey Guys
Last week 6 Bloggers were sent on an "Efficiency Road Trip" by Audi (#AudiRT13). We started in Ingolstadt and Road Tripped down to the Lake of Constance, there to the Rheinfall in Switzerland and on to the Lake Neuchâtel, were our Hotel was located (~125 km to Geneva). On this 3 Days Journey we spent one Day at the Motor Show in Geneva and two driving. On the first Day we had to drive efficient - with the less possible diesel consumption in the less possible time - and on the third day we were able to drive on our own ... but with a maximum speed of 120 km/h / 75 mph as this is the maximum allowed speed in Switzerland.
Down here my FULL Picture Gallery of ALL the Pictures I've taken during Day 1 and Day 3 plus some detail pictures of our Road Trip Car, a glacier white Audi A3 with the 2.0 TDI engine.
A full Report of my adventures during this Road Trip follows tomorrow (Tuesday) morning, stay tuned ;-)

Geneva Motor Show 2013: Spyker B6 Venator
Hey Guys
As I already wrote a few Days ago, Spyker is back (for the third time now), yaaayy!
At the Geneva Motor Show the Dutch Company unveiled their new model, the B6 Venator. Ever since the second rebirth of the brand in 2000 I've been a huge fan of their Cars, especially the C8 Aileron (my "perfect one" would be in Royal Blue in combination with rotorblade wheels and red brake calipers & Air intake).
But then the Geneva Motor Show came and I fell in Love with the B6 Venator. This mixture of luxury with a modern vintage harsh appearance - incredible!
Some of you WILL think its horrible, but the 3D headlamps have taken my eyes, and my heart. Very outstanding is the huge grille plus the eye-catching headlamps. The whole Car is just a perfect masterpiece, isn't it?
The B6 Venator will go in production in early 2014 and hit the markets in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and India right afterwards. In Autumn 2014 in the US as well.
Victor R. Muller, Spyker’s CEO said, “There is no denying that Spyker went through a very rough period in recent years. However, today we prove the truth of our motto since 1914, ‘Nulla tenaci invia est via’ – ‘For the tenacious no road is impassable.’ Our dealer body and prospective clients have been asking us to make a more affordable car for everyday use. The Spyker B6 Venator Concept is that car and more: it is the highlight of our hard work to create a viable future for our company. By offering an exquisite, hand-crafted, exclusive car at a more accessible price point of approximately $125,000 / $150,000, more of those discerning drivers who have aspired to own a Spyker will be able to achieve that dream. Spyker B6 Venator Concept represents our view of the future, the beginning of an exciting new chapter in our history.”
How do you like the B6 Venator? ;)
B6 Venator Facts:
Exterior highlights include:
The trademark radiator grille’s mesh is V-shaped, referencing Spyker models of the previous century. The 1903 Spyker logo harkens back to an era when Spyker built racers such as the amazing 60HP.
The aerodynamically shaped glass aircraft canopy extends rearwards to minimize drag, optimizing performance.
The 3D LED rear lights are akin to the iris-type after burners of a jet engine from a modern fighter aircraft.
The brake light has been sculpted into the rear panel design to ensure smooth, flowing design lines.
Elegantly aggressive 19” TurbofanTM wheels are shown in mirror polish finish.
Interior highlights include:
Interior surroundings crafted from the finest materials are unusually open and airy for a sports car, the light and glass akin to an aeroplane cockpit. The leather is sourced from the Litano range produced by the Royal Hulshof Dutch Tanneries in Lichtenvoorde. Hulshof uses only West European first choice bull hides and a special tanning process that produces the beautifully rich colour palette.
The red cover on the ignition switch evokes the spirit of starting an aeroplane, as does the dashboard that lights up as part of the ‘pre-flight check.’ The dashboard is shown with a turned aluminium fascia, similar to those seen on Spykers of the 1920s.
Pressing the engine start button brings to life a powerful V6 engine that delivers 375+ bhp.
The trademark exposed gear change mechanism was inspired by early aircraft controls from Spyker’s aviation heritage.
