How the future Audi RS3 Sedan might look like

On autofilou.at I found some Renderings of an Audi RS3 Sedan this morning. But the Question is, does the already sporty-looking Audi A3 Sedan / Audi S3 Sedan really need an RS-version?

In my Opinion this Rendering bei Theophilius Chin looks like a mixture of the Audi A1 Clubsport and, for sure, a brave A3 Sedan. The Rims look anyway very sexy but the rear spoiler, well the rear spoiler seems a bit miss-placed but as Spoilers are normally used for a reason it hopefully fulfills the purpose.

New Audi A3 1.6 TDI ultra is the most efficient Audi

As Audi just announced, their 110hp (81 kW) Audi A3 1.6 TDI ultra needs just 3.2 litres per 100 km.

It is on sale up from now for 25.200 €, in Germany. The first will be delivered in September, says Audi. Also the new A3 is the first model to wear the "ultra" in it's name. Ultra stands not just for an extremely low average fuel consumption, it also stands for ecologicaly and Sustainability, even during production. A lot more Audi models will be honored to be an ultra in the near future soon. With the Plug-in-Hybrid A3 e-tron and the gas-powered A3 g-tron the A3 1.6 TDI ultra is the third model in a line of real-live and sustainable Cars by Audi. 

With 10.2 seconds for the 0 to 100 km/h (0-60 mph) run and a maximum speed of 200 km/h the A3 ultra is anything but a Funwrecker. Thanks to the 50l tank there are up to 1.500 km of non-stop driving possible. 

The 1.6 TDI ultra will be produced as a three-door as well as a five-door Sportsback.

Audi Efficiency Road Trip

Hey Guys
Last week 6 Bloggers were sent on an "Efficiency Road Trip" by Audi (#AudiRT13). We started in Ingolstadt and Road Tripped down to the Lake of Constance, there to the Rheinfall in Switzerland and on to the Lake Neuchâtel, were our Hotel was located (~125 km to Geneva). On this 3 Days Journey we spent one Day at the Motor Show in Geneva and two driving. On the first Day we had to drive efficient - with the less possible diesel consumption in the less possible time - and on the third day we were able to drive on our own ... but with a maximum speed of 120 km/h / 75 mph as this is the maximum allowed speed in Switzerland.
